Bonsoir a tous je m'appel Adrien et j'ai 15 (bientot 16) et je voudrai commencé le cross j'ai eu une 80 cr. Donc voulais je mesure 1m80 pour 75 kl. Donc ma question est: pour commencer vu mon poids ( j'était gros et je suis en train de maigrir cela peut peut etre vous aider) que prendre 125 yz ou 250 yzf
